Фарфоровая масса РМ 905В (шликер) вручную заливается в гипсовые формы. Данная технология дает возможность получать тонкостенные изделия и изделия сложной формы (к которым относится данный комплект фарфоровых сувенирных шахмат). Все изделия – полуфабрикаты после высушивания вручную замываются для удаления литейных и формовочных швов. Высушенные и обработанные изделия ставятся на этажерочные кассеты и проходят утильный 1-й обжиг при температуре 990С камерной печи французской фирмы SERIC WISTRA. В процессе обжига происходит удаление органических соединений и начало процесса спекания полуфабриката. После 1-го обжига полуфабрикаты глазуруются методом окунания на глазуровочной машине фирмы SAMA глазурью марки ER 210Z. После глазурования изделия – полуфабрикаты ставятся на этажерочные кассеты и проходят 2-й обжиг при температуре 1400С в камерной печи фирмы SERIC WISTRA. Готовые фарфоровые изделия выбираются из кассет и проходят обработку шлифовки ножки на шлифовальной машине фирмы SAMA для удаления прилипших частиц к ножке изделий. Технические возможности завода , качество применяемого сырья , а также профессиональный и творческий подход коллектива к своей работе - все это позволяет выпускать высокохудожественные изделия из фарфора прикладного декоративно –утилитарного назначения с ручной (авторской ) росписью. Натуральный белый цвет представляет широчайшие возможности для росписи. В своем творчестве художники – фарфористы используют сложнейшую технологию - ручную роспись по белому полю фарфора специальными жаропрочными красками ярких , сочных тонов. При изготовлении сувенирных фарфоровых шахмат используются керамические золотосодержащие краски, после чего высокохудожественные изделия обжигаются в электрической печи при температуре 820С.
