Iser Iosifovich Kuperman was born on April 28, 1922. He received the title of master of sports in drafts in 1940. Three times he won the title of champion of the country in Russian drafts and five times in stoccellular. In 1958, he became the world champion. He played five matches for the world championship and won everything. I.I.Kuperman made a great contribution to the development of the theory and practice of drafts art.
