Viktor Davydovich Baturinsky (born Galperin; June 27, 1914, Odessa — December 22, 2002, Moscow) Soviet military lawyer, Colonel of justice, honored lawyer of the RSFSR. Later-Soviet chess functionary; international arbiter.
Anatoly Yevgenyevich Karpov (Russian: Анато́лий Евге́ньевич Ка́рпов; born May 23, 1951) is a Russian chess grandmaster and former World Champion. He was the official world champion from 1975 to 1985.
