The sixth, final book dedicated to the work of Mikhail Tal. It covers the last period of his performances in tournaments, ending on July 28, 1992, when the exhausted organism could no longer serve the indomitable spirit. It became more and more difficult to play, more and more difficult, but the bright bursts of Talev's genius continued to often delight his fans. Tal's performances at the World Cup in Reykjavik (1988), tournaments in Tel Aviv (1990) and Buenos Aires (1991) deserve to be noted in both the results and the game, but his victory at the first world blitz championship in 1988. Tal carried his love for the lightning-fast game through his whole life, and it was no coincidence that his last tournament was a blitz in Moscow (two weeks before his death), in which he took third place, winning in a personal duel with world champion Garry Kasparov.
